Found the tree, can’t see the forest.

The old adage says “don’t Miss the Forest for the Trees.” I think it speaks very strongly about people today. Especially those that live in a cosmopolitan city where through no fault of their own seem to view the world through blinders, missing much of the world around them, the people who inhabit it and moments that change it. It happens to all of us, we get caught up in our own moment unable to see around us ignoring those that need us and those we need. I hope that I take a lesson from this little realisation and learn from it and hopefully see more of the world, its emotions and most importantly its people.
